Recommendations

Set the temperature yourself. How hot? Listen to your body; you will know how much you can tolerate. Above all, avoid dehydration by drinking lots of water before, during and after. Use the integrated mist atomizer to refresh yourself. Talk to your doctor about health problems, allergies or pregnancy before begining sessions.
