Plan your spa session
Isn't it great to slowly wake up from a night of deep, restorative sleep? To enjoy a full day of vitality and good humor? To be serene and at peace? Let BainUltra be a part of your daily ritual for lasting well-being!
Here is how to prepare each session :
- Create a pleasant ambiance : soft music, candles, a light scent and calmness.
- Raise the room temperature to make it comfortable. Keep the door of your Salle de Spa® closed.
- Feel free to make up your own mind. While a session should last from 20 to 30 minutes for maximum benefit, don't hesitate to reduce or increase this time according to your needs.
- Drink plenty of water before, during and after a spa session. Avoid caffeine and alcohol consumption.
- Avoid eating an hour before your session.
- Remain calm after your session, seated or reclined, while in a warm environment.
- Do the following breathing exercise:
- While seated or lying down, remain still.
- Close your eyes.
- Concentrate on your breathing.
- Breathe in through your nose, breath out through your mouth.
- Feel your stomach filling up and becoming hollow with each breath.
- Remain conscious of taking long, deep breaths.
- Continue breathing deeply for at least 10 breaths.
