After enjoying a deep massage and therapeutic scents, your muscles will relax, pain will subside, and tension will be lifted away.

Your session:

  • Start with chromotherapy: Infuse your environment with orange, a color that soothes.
  • Use aromatherapy to unlock the power of essential oils on your body and mind. Essential oils are so concentrated that only a few drops are required. Combine 8 to 15 drops with an emulsifier (powdered milk, shampoo, liquid soap) in your ThermoMasseur® to ensure oil is evenly distributed in the water. Use only two to three drops in your Temazkal®! Always use this amount for maximum therapeutic effect. Consult an aromatherapy specialist for advice on quality oils for your specific needs.

  • Recommended essential oils:
  • Chamomile, thyme, rosemary. You can also try Relax Muscles, a blend of essential oils exclusively from BainUltra. Consult our therapy guide to learn more.
    Another alternative is to pour two cups of bath salts (Epsom salts) into your bath water or use mud or clay instead. You can try our Energy mud bath which acts as a natural anti-inflammatory.
  • Enjoy a 15 minute hydro-thermo massage in your ThermoMasseur® whenever the mood strikes.
  • Use the Thermotherapy®  in the Temazkal® 15 to 20 minutes a day 3 to 5 times a week to increase blood flow to sooth pain and relax tense muscles.
